Reverend G. Travis Norvell:

Travis was born and raised in St. Albans, WV. Joined the First Baptist Church at the age of 16. He graduated with a degree in History from Marshall University in Huntington, WV. He began his theological education at Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond, VA, graduated with distinction from Colgate Rochester Divinity School in Rochester, NY.

His first pastorate was in Athens, WV at the Athens Baptist Church followed by a seven year pastorate at the Lime Rock Baptist Church in Lincoln, RI. He is married to the former Lori K. White and is the father to Seneca, Glen, and Johnny.
